New Jersey High School Softball - Lakeland Regional drops to Ramsey
April 23, 2025: Wanaque, NJ 07465 Ramsey Rams (Ramsey, NJ) supporters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Lakeland Regional Lancers (Wanaque, NJ), 11-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Ramsey improves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Rams host Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ) to face the Thunderbirds in a Big North - Patriot game on Friday, April 25. The Thunderbirds enter the game with a record of 9-5. Mahwah lost 10-3 in their recent non-league game against Pascack Valley (Hillsdale, NJ)
The Lancers now hold a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Wayne Hills for a Big North - Independence game on Friday, April 25. Lakeland Regional will face a Patriots squad coming off a 16-2 non-league loss to DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 1-8.
