In Wednesday's non-league test, the Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the host Marion Giants (Marion, IN), by a tally of 15-5.

Next, the Knights clash with the Homestead Spartans (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 25. Norwell will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Spartans go into the test with a 4-2 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to South Adams (Berne, IN).

The Giants (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Muncie Central (Muncie, IN). The Bearcats go into the North Central test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Muncie Central was routed by Winchester Community (Winchester, IN), 24-6, in a non-league test.
