In Wednesday's league test, the Parma Panthers (Parma, ID) softball squad overwhelmed the host Melba Mustangs (Melba, ID), by a tally of 16-5.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Nyssa Bulldogs (Nyssa, OR) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 24. Parma will attempt to advance on its 18-2 season record.

The Mustangs (5-11) will now prepare for their test against Marsing (Marsing, ID). The Huskies go into the 3A Western Idaho test with a 11-9 record. In their last test, Marsing prevailed over New Plymouth (New Plymouth, ID), 10-7, in a league test.
