Maryland High School Softball - Southwestern succumbs to Poly
April 23, 2025: Baltimore, MD 21217 In Wednesday's league test, the Poly Engineers (Baltimore, MD) softball squad overwhelmed the host Southwestern Sabers (Baltimore, MD), by a tally of 34-7.
Next, the Engineers meet the Park School Bruins (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 24. Poly will attempt to advance on its 8-0 season record. The Bruins go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 7-6 league win over Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Baltimore, MD).
The Sabers (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Academy for College and Career Exploration (Baltimore, MD). The go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Academy for College and Career Exploration was routed by Poly (Baltimore, MD), 24-3, in a league test.
