The General McLane Lancers softball squad (Edinboro, PA), was routed 11-0 in Thursday's league contest with the host McDowell Trojans (Erie, PA)

With the triumph, McDowell improves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Trojans travel to Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA) to face the Huskies in a contest on Friday, April 24. The Huskies enter the contest with a record of 9-2. Harbor Creek won 10-8 in their recent league contest against Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA)

The Lancers now hold a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Fort LeBoeuf for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 25. General McLane will face a Bison squad coming off a 16-4 league win over Meadville (Meadville, PA). The Bison record now stands at 15-1.
