Indiana High School Softball - Pike bounces Purdue Polytechnic
April 23, 2026: Indianapolis, IN 46268 The Pike Red Devils softball team scored 22 runs and held the visiting Purdue Polytechnic Techies to 17 in the Red Devils non-league win on Thursday.
The Red Devils now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Central for a Metropolitan battle on Tuesday, April 28. Pike will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Carroll (Fort Wayne, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 3-8.
With the loss, Purdue Polytechnic moves to 2-4 on the season. The Techies travel to Indianapolis Crispus Attucks (Indianapolis, IN) to encounter the Tigers in a Capital City battle on Monday, April 27. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 2-4.
