Illinois High School Softball - Warren Township bounces New Trier
April 24, 2021: Gurnee, IL 60031 The Warren Township Blue Devils routed the visiting New Trier Trevians softball squad by a count of 10-3 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Blue Devils (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL). The Patriots go into the North Suburban battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Stevenson nudged Mundelein (Mundelein, IL), 8-6, in a league battle.
The Trevians now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Maine West for a non-league outing on Monday, April 26. New Trier will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 9-5 non-league loss to Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 0-5.
