Indiana High School Baseball - Bloomfield defeats White River Valley
April 24, 2023: Bloomfield, IN 47424 Bloomfield Cardinals (Bloomfield, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting White River Valley Wolverines (Switz City, IN), 8-1 in a league test.
With the win, Bloomfield upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Cardinals host Clay City (Clay City, IN) to battle the Eels in a Southwestern Indiana test on Thursday, April 27. The Eels come into the test with a record of 11-1. Clay City won 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Riverton Parke (Montezuma, IN)
With the defeat, White River Valley falls to 0-8 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Shoals (Shoals, IN) to battle the Jug Rox in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 26. The Jug Rox come into the test with a record of 1-8. Shoals lost 13-3 in their recent league test against Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN)
