New York High School Baseball - Canajoharie loses to Mayfield
April 24, 2023: Mayfield, NY 12117 The Mayfield Panthers crushed the visiting Canajoharie Cougars baseball team by a count of 10-2 in Monday's league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Berne-Knox-Westerlo for a Section 2 Western - Southern bout on Wednesday, April 26. Mayfield will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 6-4 league win over Galway (Galway, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-3.
Next, the Cougars face the Fort Plain Hilltoppers (Fort Plain, NY) in a Section 2 Western - Southern bout, on Tuesday, April 25. Canajoharie will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the bout with a 3-5 record after their 9-2 league win over Middleburgh (Middleburgh, NY).
