New York High School Lacrosse - Washingtonville drops to Goshen Central
April 24, 2023: Goshen, NY 10924 Goshen Central Gladiators (Goshen, NY) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Washingtonville Wizards (Washingtonville, NY), 12-6 in a non-league battle.
The Gladiators now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wallkill for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 29. Goshen Central will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 11-5 non-league loss to Pine Bush (Pine Bush, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 5-4.
In their next game, the Wizards clash with the Middletown Middie Bears (Middletown, NY) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 25. Washingtonville will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Middie Bears come into the battle with a 0-7 record after their 17-5 non-league loss to Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY).
