Virginia High School Soccer - Dinwiddie overwhelmed by Monacan
April 24, 2023: Richmond, VA 23236 The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the Monacan Chiefs (Richmond, VA) and the visiting Dinwiddie Generals (Dinwiddie, VA), saw Monacan's soccer squad triumph over Dinwiddie by a count of 7-0.
The Chiefs now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to L.C. Bird for a Dominion test on Tuesday, April 25. Monacan will meet a Skyhawks squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Skyhawks record now stands at 1-6.
With the loss, Dinwiddie drops to 2-5 on the season. The Generals host Thomas Dale (Chester, VA) to meet the Knights in a Central test on Tuesday, April 25. The Knights come into the test with a record of 6-2. Thomas Dale lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Meadowbrook (Richmond, VA)
