New York High School Softball - Kings Park bounces Islip
April 24, 2023: Islip, NY 11751 Kings Park Kingsmen (Kings Park, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Islip Buccaneers (Islip, NY), 9-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Kingsmen now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host West Babylon for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 26. Kings Park will face a Eagles squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to William Floyd (Mastic Beach, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Islip falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Buccaneers travel to Harborfields (Greenlawn, NY) to face the Tornadoes in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 26. The Tornadoes enter the challenge with a record of 1-7. Harborfields lost 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Hauppauge (Hauppauge, NY)
