Washington High School Softball - Lynden bounces Sehome
April 24, 2023: Lynden, WA 98264 Spectators at Monday's league match between the Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) and the visiting Sehome Mariners (Bellingham, WA), witnessed Lynden's softball squad prevail over Sehome by a count of 13-3.
The Lions now sport a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Anacortes for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest match on Wednesday, April 26. Lynden will face a Seahawks squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Blaine (Blaine, WA). The Seahawks record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Sehome moves to 1-4 on the season. The Mariners host Ferndale (Ferndale, WA) to face the Golden Eagles in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest match on Wednesday, April 26. The Golden Eagles go into the match with a record of 3-6. Ferndale lost 14-11 in their recent league match against Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA)
