April 24, 2023: Newport, NY 13416 The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the West Canada Valley Indians (Newport, NY) and the visiting Oppenheim-Ephratah Hawks (St. Johnsville, NY), saw West Canada Valley's softball squad achieve victory over Oppenheim-Ephratah by a count of 16-0.
The Indians now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Remsen for a non-league match on Wednesday, April 26. West Canada Valley will face a Rams squad coming off a 21-3 league loss to Poland (Poland, NY). The Rams record now stands at 0-3.
