April 24, 2024: Pleasant Plains, IL 62677 The Mt. Zion Braves baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Pleasant Plains Cardinals to 3 in the Braves non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Braves (8-8) will now prepare for their match against Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL). The Rockets go into the non-league match with a 16-5 record.
The Cardinals (18-3) will now prepare for their match against Williamsville (Williamsville, IL). The Bullets go into the Sangamo match with a 12-8 record. In their last match, Williamsville edged Athens (Athens, IL), 6-1, in a league match.
