New York High School Baseball - Phoenix defeats Notre Dame
April 24, 2024: Phoenix, NY 13135 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Phoenix Firebirds (Phoenix, NY) and the visiting Notre Dame Crusaders (Elmira, NY), saw Phoenix's baseball squad knock off Notre Dame by a count of 8-2.
Coming up next, the Firebirds play the Watertown Cyclones (Watertown, NY) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 25. Phoenix will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Cyclones enter the battle with a 5-1 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Marcellus (Marcellus, NY).
The Crusaders now possess a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Edison for a Section 4 Interscholastic - Large South battle on Monday, April 29.
