Texas High School Baseball - Pilot Point loses to Ponder
April 24, 2024: Pilot Point, TX 76258 The Ponder Lions baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Pilot Point Bearcats to 0 in the Lions league victory on Wednesday.
The Lions (14-12) will now prepare for their match against Pilot Point (Pilot Point, TX). The Bearcats come into the 3A Region II District 10 challenge with a 7-20 record. In their last challenge, Pilot Point was overwhelmed by Paradise (Paradise, TX), 5-0, in a league challenge.
With the defeat, Pilot Point falls to 7-22 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Ponder (Ponder, TX) to encounter the Lions in a 3A Region II District 10 challenge on Wednesday, April 24. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 12-12. Ponder won 6-0 in their recent league challenge against Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX)
