April 24, 2024: Tucson, AZ 85719 Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Rincon/University Rangers (Tucson, AZ), 3-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Lancers battle the Amphitheater Panthers (Tucson, AZ) in a 4A Gila match, on Thursday, April 25. Salpointe Catholic will attempt to advance on its 26-8 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 0-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ).
With the loss, Rincon/University drops to 17-13 on the campaign.
