Ohio High School Softball - Berkshire bounces Orange
April 24, 2024: Burton, OH 44021 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Berkshire Badgers (Burton, OH) and the visiting Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH), saw Berkshire's softball squad achieve victory over Orange by a count of 24-5.
The Badgers now sport a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host Grand Valley for a Chagrin Valley - Valley match on Thursday, April 25. Berkshire will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Crestwood (Mantua, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Orange falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Lions host West Geauga (Chesterland, OH) to face the Wolverines in a Chagrin Valley - Chagrin match on Thursday, April 25. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 6-5. West Geauga lost 6-3 in their recent non-league match against Edgewood (Ashtabula, OH)
