California High School Softball - Linden bounces Chavez
April 24, 2024: Linden, CA 95236 The Linden Lions routed the visiting Chavez Titans softball squad by a count of 13-0 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Lions (15-5) will now prepare for their battle against Bear Creek (Stockton, CA). The Bruins go into the San Joaquin Athletic Association battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Bear Creek topped Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA), 11-1, in a league battle.
The Titans now sport a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Franklin for a San Joaquin Athletic Association battle on Friday, April 26. Chavez will meet a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 20-4 league loss to McNair (Stockton, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-15.
