Maryland High School Softball - Eleanor Roosevelt bounces Northwestern
April 24, 2024: Hyattsville, MD 20782 The Eleanor Roosevelt Raiders routed the host Northwestern Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 21-0 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Raiders (14-0) will now prepare for their battle against Bowie (Bowie, MD). The Bulldogs go into the Prince George's County 4A battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Bowie notched a victory over Flowers (Springdale, MD), 15-4, in a league battle.
The Wildcats now possess a 0-12 record. They play next when they travel to Suitland for a non-league battle on Friday, April 26. Northwestern will meet a Rams squad coming off a 25-4 non-league loss to Flowers (Springdale, MD). The Rams record now stands at 3-8.
