Maine High School Softball - North Yarmouth Academy bounces Gray-New Gloucester
April 24, 2024: Gray, ME 04039 The North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME) softball routed the host Gray-New Gloucester Patriots (Gray, ME), 13-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Panthers (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Valley (Bingham, ME). The Cavaliers go into the Class D South bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Valley notched a victory over Richmond (Richmond, ME), 10-9, in a league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Freeport for a Class B South bout on Friday, April 26. Gray-New Gloucester will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 6-3 league win over Lake Region (Naples, ME). The Falcons record now stands at 3-0.
