The Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) softball nipped the visiting South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Ragin' Bulls (16-5) will now prepare for their bout against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines go into the Greater Metro 4A bout with a 0-15 record. In their last bout, West Cabarrus was edged by Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC), 16-1, in a non-league bout.
