The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Ambassador Christian School Lions (Huntersville, NC) and the host Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy Patriots (Mooresville, NC), saw Ambassador Christian School's baseball team beat Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy by a margin of 9-6.

The Lions (9-11) will now prepare for their battle against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals enter the non-league battle with a 11-12 record. In their last battle, Corvian Community held off Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC), 7-5, in a league battle.

Next, the Patriots face the Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC) in a battle, on Monday, April 28. Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 4-9 record after their 11-8 non-league loss to Central Academy (Monroe, NC).
