April 24, 2025: Hallsville, MO 65255 Wright City Wildcats (Wright City, MO) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Hallsville Indians (Hallsville, MO), 8-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Wright City advances its record to 8-9 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Bowling Green (Bowling Green, MO) to battle the Bobcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 29. The Bobcats come into the match with a record of 1-11. Bowling Green lost 13-5 in their recent non-league match against Van-Far (Vandalia, MO)
The Indians now have a 3-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Father Tolton for a Class 4 District 8 match on Friday, April 25. Hallsville will battle a squad coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Blair Oaks (Jefferson City, MO). The record now stands at 12-2.
