The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the St. Francis Sharks (Watsonville, CA) and the visiting Pioneer Valley Panthers (Santa Maria, CA), saw St. Francis's baseball team gain a win over Pioneer Valley by a tally of 7-2.

The Sharks (10-9) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 13-10 record. In their last battle, Bishop Montgomery held off Lompoc (Lompoc, CA), 9-3, in a non-league battle.
