California High School Volleyball - Gompers Prep Academy over Monarch
April 24, 2025: San Diego, CA 92113 In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Gompers Prep Academy Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Monarch Royals.
The Eagles (3-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain Empire (Pine Valley, CA). The Redhawks come into the Pioneer challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, Mountain Empire beat School for Entrepreneurship & Technology (San Diego, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Royals play the Horizon Prep Lions (Rancho Santa Fe, CA) in a Pioneer challenge, on Tuesday, April 29. Monarch will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Monarch (San Diego, CA).
