Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Northwest Christian Crusaders (Phoenix, AZ) and the visiting North Valley Christian Academy Lions (Phoenix, AZ), observed Northwest Christian's volleyball team top North Valley Christian Academy by a tally of 3-0.

The Crusaders (18-7) will now prepare for their contest against Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, Valley Christian was beaten by Benjamin Franklin (Queen Creek, AZ), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Lions meet the Odyssey Institute Minotaur (Buckeye, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, May 1. North Valley Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
