April 24, 2025: Shakopee, MN 55379 The Shakopee Sabers (Shakopee, MN) lacrosse routed the visiting Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN), 12-5 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Sabers now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southwest Christian for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 26. Shakopee will face a Stars squad coming off a 16-15 non-league loss to Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN). The Stars record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Hopkins falls to 1-2 on the year. The Royals travel to Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN) to face the Eagles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 29. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 0-3. Eden Prairie lost 17-15 in their recent non-league outing against Chaska (Chaska, MN)
