Virginia High School Soccer - Woodgrove nudges Broad Run
April 24, 2025: Purcellville, VA 20132 In Thursday's league outing, the host Woodgrove Wolverines soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Broad Run Spartans.
The Wolverines (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against John Champe (Aldie, VA). The Knights go into the Catoctin outing with a 2-9 record. In their last outing, John Champe was edged by Loudoun County (Leesburg, VA), 3-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Spartans confront the Loudoun County Captains (Leesburg, VA) in a Catoctin outing, on Monday, May 5. Broad Run will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record.
