Michigan High School Soccer - Hackett Catholic Prep knocks off Olivet
April 24, 2025: Kalamazoo, MI 49008 The Hackett Catholic Prep Fighting Irish soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Olivet Eagles to 0 in the Fighting Irish non-league victory on Thursday.
The Fighting Irish now hold a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Allegan for a non-league bout on Monday, April 28. Hackett Catholic Prep will play a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hopkins (Hopkins, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Olivet moves to 1-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Leslie (Leslie, MI) to play the Blackhawks in a Greater Lansing Activities Conference bout on Saturday, April 26. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Leslie won 11-0 in their recent non-league bout against Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI)
