The Ballard Bruins (Louisville, KY) lacrosse nudged the visiting Lexington Catholic Knights (Lexington, KY), 13-12 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Bruins now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trinity for a KSLL outing on Sunday, April 27.

With the loss, Lexington Catholic falls to 7-5 on the year. The Knights travel to South Warren (Bowling Green, KY) to face the Spartans in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 26.
