With the victory, Lapeer moves its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Lightning travel to Lakeland (White Lake, MI) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, April 25. The Eagles enter the test with a record of 3-3. Lakeland lost 10-3 in their recent non-league test against South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI)
The Cardinals (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Midland (Midland, MI). The Chemics enter the non-league test with a 0-9 record. In their last test, Midland was overwhelmed by Petoskey (Petoskey, MI), 18-1, in a non-league test.
