Maryland High School Lacrosse - Northwood drops to Seneca Valley
April 24, 2025: Silver Spring, MD 20901 Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles (Germantown, MD) followers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD), 18-7 in a league game.
With the victory, Seneca Valley advances its record to 6-4 on the season. The Screamin' Eagles travel to Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD) to play the Panthers in a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A game on Saturday, April 26. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 2-5.
The Gladiators now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethesda-Chevy Chase for a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A game on Monday, April 28. Northwood will play a Barons team coming off a 9-2 league win over Northwest (Germantown, MD). The Barons record now stands at 6-4.
