April 24, 2025: Roanoke, VA 24015 The James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) softball routed the host Patrick Henry Patriots (Roanoke, VA), 11-6 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Knights now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lord Botetourt for a non-league outing on Monday, April 28. James River will encounter a Cavaliers team coming off a 4-2 league loss to Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 6-5.
