Washington High School Softball - Mead bested by Mt. Spokane
April 24, 2025: Spokane, WA 99218 The Mt. Spokane Wildcats triumphed over the host Mead Panthers softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats play the Cheney Blackhawks (Cheney, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge, on Friday, April 25. Mt. Spokane will attempt to upgrade on its 15-0 season record. The Blackhawks enter the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 8-2 league win over Shadle Park (Spokane, WA).
The Panthers (13-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ferris (Spokane, WA). The Saxons enter the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, Ferris was routed by University (Spokane, WA), 17-3, in a league challenge.
