The Sault Area Blue Devils baseball team scored 6 runs and held the host Oakridge Eagles to 5 in the Blue Devils non-league win on Friday.

The Blue Devils now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Frankfort for a non-league test on Saturday, April 25. Sault Area will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Mason County Eastern (Custer, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Oakridge drops to 4-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Manistee (Manistee, MI) to clash with the Chippewas in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 28.
