April 24, 2026: Farmington Hills, MI 48336 In Friday's non-league test, the Mercy Marlins (Farmington Hills, MI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Calvin Christian Squires (Grandville, MI), by a tally of 13-8.
Next, the Marlins clash with the South Lyon Lions (South Lyon, MI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 25. Mercy will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 4-1 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI).
The Squires (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Hopkins (Hopkins, MI). The Vikings go into the Ottawa-Kent - Silver test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Hopkins held off West Ottawa (Holland, MI), 15-0, in a non-league test.
