The Rondout Valley Ganders softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Red Hook Raiders to 10 in the Ganders league win on Friday.

The Ganders now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saugerties for a Mid Hudson Athletic battle on Monday, April 27. Rondout Valley will confront a Sawyers team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Albany (Albany, NY). The Sawyers record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Red Hook moves to 2-5 on the season. The Raiders host Taconic Hills (Craryville, NY) to confront the Titans in a non-league battle on Friday, May 1. The Titans come into the battle with a record of 6-5.
