California High School Softball - Tri-City Christian bounces Oceanside
April 25, 2022: Vista, CA 92083 Tri-City Christian Eagles (Vista, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Oceanside Pirates (Oceanside, CA), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Guajome Park Academy for a Pacific challenge on Wednesday, April 27. Tri-City Christian will battle a Frogs squad coming off a 13-1 league win over Orange Glen (Escondido, CA). The Frogs record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, Oceanside falls to 4-13 on the campaign. The Pirates host Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA) to battle the Bobcats in a Avocado North County challenge on Friday, April 29. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a record of 12-7. Sage Creek won 15-5 in their recent league challenge against San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA)
