April 25, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28277 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC) and the host Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC), saw Legion Collegiate Academy's volleyball squad beat Ardrey Kell by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Legion Collegiate Academy upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Lancers host Lake Pointe Academy (York, SC) to play the Mariners in a bout on Thursday, April 27. The Mariners go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Lake Pointe Academy won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Butler (Matthews, NC)
The Knights now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hough for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 27. Ardrey Kell will play a Huskies squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Hopewell (Huntersville, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 2-1.
