Arizona High School Volleyball - Maricopa tips Mountain Ridge

Maricopa Rams (Maricopa, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Rams battle the Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ) in a match, on Thursday, April 27. Maricopa will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Monsoon come into the match with a 2-3 record after their 2-0 league loss to Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ).

With the loss, Mountain Ridge drops to 2-13 on the campaign. The Mountain lions travel to Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ) to battle the Jaguars in a match on Thursday, April 27.
