Colorado High School Soccer - Moffat County overwhelmed by Vail Mountain
April 25, 2023: Vail, CO 81657 The Vail Mountain Gore Rangers smashed the visiting Moffat County Bulldogs soccer squad by a margin of 7-0 in Tuesday's league match.
The Gore Rangers now sport a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Coal Ridge for a 3A Western Slope match on Friday, April 28. Vail Mountain will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Rifle (Rifle, CO). The Titans record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Moffat County drops to 0-8 on the season. The Bulldogs host Basalt (Basalt, CO) to encounter the Longhorns in a 3A Western Slope match on Thursday, April 27. The Longhorns come into the match with a record of 6-4. Basalt lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Steamboat Springs (Steamboat Springs, CO)
