Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Branford overwhelms West Haven
April 25, 2023: Branford, CT 06405 The Branford Hornets lacrosse team scored 13 points and limited the visiting West Haven Blue Devils to 9 in the Hornets league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hornets (1-8) will now prepare for their game against North Haven (North Haven, CT). The Nighthawks enter the Southern Connecticut game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, North Haven was overwhelmed by Farmington (Farmington, CT), 11-8, in a non-league match.
With the defeat, West Haven drops to 0-8 on the season. The Blue devils host Foran (Milford, CT) to play the Lions in a Southern Connecticut match on Tuesday, May 2. The Lions go into the match with a record of 6-2.
