Maine High School Lacrosse - Cony drops to Portland
April 25, 2023: Augusta, ME 04330 In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Portland Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored a good 16-3 victory over the Cony Rams.
The Bulldogs now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thornton Academy for a non-league test on Friday, April 28. Portland will face a Trojans squad coming off a 7-4 league loss to Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME). The Trojans record now stands at 2-3.
In their next game, the Rams face the Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 29. Cony will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Huskies come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 20-3 non-league loss to Boothbay (Boothbay Harbor, ME).
