Washington High School Softball - Steilacoom bounces Clover Park
April 25, 2023: Lakewood, WA 98499 Steilacoom Sentinels (Steilacoom, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Clover Park Timberwolves (Lakewood, WA), 24-8 in a league challenge.
The Sentinels now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakes for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 26. Steilacoom will battle a Lancers squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Silas (Tacoma, WA). The Lancers record now stands at 6-8.
With the loss, Clover Park falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Timberwolves host Franklin Pierce (Tacoma, WA) to battle the Cardinals in a 2A South Puget Sound challenge on Thursday, April 27. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a record of 3-6. Franklin Pierce lost 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Orting (Orting, WA)
