Idaho High School Softball - Madison gets by North Fremont
April 25, 2023: Rexburg, ID 83440 The Madison Bobcats (Rexburg, ID) softball nipped the visiting North Fremont Huskies (Ashton, ID), 8-7 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Bobcats (3-11) will now prepare for their bout against Thunder Ridge (Idaho Falls, ID). The Titans go into the 5A High Country bout with a 15-3 record. In their last bout, Thunder Ridge was edged by Rigby (Rigby, ID), 8-7, in a league bout.
The Huskies now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they travel to Firth for a 2A Nuclear bout on Thursday, April 27. North Fremont will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 9-6 league loss to West Jefferson (Terreton, ID). The Cougars record now stands at 7-9.
