New Lothrop Hornets (New Lothrop, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host St. Charles Bulldogs (St. Charles, MI), 15-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, New Lothrop upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Hornets travel to Leslie (Leslie, MI) to battle the Blackhawks in a non-league test on Saturday, April 27. The Blackhawks come into the test with a record of 5-3. Leslie won 15-0 in their recent non-league test against East Jackson (Jackson, MI)
