Illinois High School Softball - Warren Township knocked off by Taft
April 25, 2024: Gurnee, IL 60031 In Thursday's non-league contest, the Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL) softball team overwhelmed the host Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL), by a margin of 18-10.
With the triumph, Taft moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Lyons (LaGrange, IL) to play the Lions in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 30. The Lions come into the contest with a record of 5-1. Lyons won 15-5 in their recent non-league contest against York (Elmhurst, IL)
In their next game, the Blue Devils play the Leyden Eagles (Franklin Park, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 30. Warren Township will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
