Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Newtown drops to Ridgefield
April 25, 2024: Newtown, CT 06482 In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Ridgefield Tigers lacrosse squad scored a good 19-8 victory over the Newtown Nighthawks.
The Tigers now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host New Fairfield for a non-league test on Saturday, April 27.
In their next game, the Nighthawks face the Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) in a South West test, on Tuesday, April 30. Newtown will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 5-3 record after their 14-2 non-league win over North Branford (North Branford, CT).
